Guys N' Gals in West Bloomfield will
again host its annual Zip Up the
Homeless event all day Friday, June
15, where customers can bring in one
pair of used jeans and get a new pair
for half the retail price. Also, the
event collects additional clothing toys
and small furniture for a tax deduc-
tion. All donations are given to the
New Bethel Outreach Ministry
Shelter in Pontiac.
Legacy Jewelry in Franklin will host
a million-dollar trunk show event June
14-16. Owner Ilene Blaz will donate
10 percent of each sale of the buyer's
purchase to their charity of choice. ❑
