You have attended too many funerals.
You have said Kaddish for too many children.
You have had your hearts broken too many times to count.
We cannot know your grief.
We can only express our great sadness. And pray for twenty loved ones
who were killed and all those wounded in this most recent, most horrific attack.
And give our support to all your families and friends.
We can only give you our unwavering support.
And commit ourselves and our financial and political resources
to the nurturing of the Jewish State and the safety of the Jewish people.

We can only tell you that we weep with you for the promise of what was.
