riences were the Empty Bowl
Program and raking leaves with
Jewish Association for Residential
Care residents. Her dvar Torah is
about the contributions of female
soldiers in the Israel Defense Force.

Hilary Ann Wolf will be called to the
Torah as a bat mitzvah at Congregation
Beth Shalom on Saturday, June 9. She is
the daughter of Risa and Brian Wolf
and sister of Alana. Her proud grand-
parents are Eleanor Brown and Jack
Wolf. She is also the granddaughter of
the late Edith Wolf, Ben Brown and

Henry Gray. Also
sharing in her simcha
is her great-grand-
mother Goldie Wolf.
Hilary is a sev-
enth-grade honor stu-
dent at Norup
Middle School in
Oak Park. She enjoys
playing the viola and is in the school's
orchestra. Her other interests include
in-line skating and reading. For her
mitzvah project, Hilary volunteered
with her class at Yad Ezra and the
Coville Apartments in Southfield.

Zachary Nathan Zucker will be called
to the Torah as a bar mitzvah Saturday,
June 9, at Congregation B'nai Moshe.
He is the son of Renee and Marvin
Zucker and the older brother of Gary.
Proud grandparents
are Lottie Bruseloff of
West Bloomfield and
Anna and Peter Levin
of Miami Beach, Fla.
He is also the grand-
son of the late
Nathan Zucker.
Zack is an honor
student at Orchard
Lake Middle School in West
Bloomfield. He enjoys many sports,
especially football, basketball and golf
His mitzvah projects included assisting
in football at Green Elementary in West
Bloomfield and helping at B'nai Moshe
at various events during the year.
