ADL Leaders
Visit Capital

On April 28 and 29, 16 members of the
ADDS Steinberg Leadership
Institute/Michigan Region visited
Washington, D.C. These young leaders
attended the Anti-Defamation League's
annual national leadership conference.
There were sessions set with U.S.
Reps. Joe Knollenberg and Sander
Levin. They also had the opportunity to
meet sports agent Leigh Steinberg, who
funded the ADL sessions.
The Detroit group included the
institute's co-chairs H. Adam Cohen
and Ian Burnstein, Lauren Cohen and
Marcy Burnstein, Jonathan Aaron;
executive board member Hank
Wineman and Heidi Wineman, Matt
Miller, David Kreis, Marcy Citron
Kaplan, Jason Massman and Lorne
Gold.
Accompanying the group were
Charles and Andrea Gonik, National
Commissioner Peter Alter and Barbara
Alter, Michigan's board chair and
national Commissioner Richard Nodel
and Fran Gross, the ADEs acting
director, who is also a national com-
missioner.
