Bloomfield Jewish Community
Center.
In the quarterfinals, Kishon A beat
Jolson B, 55-38, and Shapiro beat
Herzl, 40-27.
In the semifinals, Kishon A defeated
Shapiro by a point, 42-41, and
Greenberg A defeated Jolson A, 55-39.
Greenberg A defeated Jolson A, 43-
39, in the championship game and
won the right to represent the
Michigan region at the B'nai B'rith
Youth Organization AZAA basketball
tournament May 24-27 in Cleveland.

Perlstein scored eight goals to lead the
Triceratops, who had to defeat the
Iguanadons twice to take the crown.
Andrew Berman led the Iguanadons
with six goals and an assist.

Squirt Division (10 & under):
Mantis 10, Fireants 2. Nikki
Bishop scored three and added an
assist and Josh Moss had two and an
assist as Mantis beat Fireants. The
Fireants had beaten the Mantis twice
during the season.

Pee-Wee Division (12 & under):
Vipers 7, Red Wings 6. Miles
Neumann scored the game winner
with 4:25 left. Neumann had four
goals and two assists while brother
'Cole Neumann had three goals and
three assists. Ari Stawis led the
Wings with three goals and one
assist.
