He is the son of Stephen Rosenbaum, formerly of Southfield, and Aileen Alfandary and the brother of David and Natalie. He is the grandson of Charlotte Rosenbaum of Southfield and the late Irving Rosenbaum. Marc attends Willard Middle School in Berkeley, Calif, where he takes honors algebra and Spanish. He enjoys soccer, capoeira and Afro-Haitian drumming. As part of his mitzvah project, he will help set up a community-based home for young peo- ple with developmental disabilities.
