The JCC is looking for per- sons who participated in pro- grams when the agency was locat- ed at the following buildings in Detroit: Hannah Schloss, Woodward and Holbrook, Dexter and Davison, and Curtis and Meyers. Those who utilized the services and programs at the Jimmy Prentis Morris Building in Oak Park (prior to the 1990s) and the D. Dan and Betty Kahn Building in West Bloomfield when it opened in 1975 also are being sought. The JCC also is gathering anecdotes and pleasant memories from long-term members (25+ years) who currently use the facil- ities at either JCC location. Experiences may include meet- ing a future spouse at a JCC dance, winning a prize in an art show, learning English as a new American, participating in an Israel solidarity program, seeing a famous entertainer or any similar event. Many of these remembrances will be used to enhance the cele- bration of the JCC's 75th anniversary. The JCC also is celebrating the 50th anniversary of the annual Jewish Book Fair and the 10th anniversary of the Janice Charach Epstein Gallery. Respondents should send their name, day phone number, the name of the JCC location at which he or she had a memorable experience and a photo from the event, if possible.
