eties. In addition, he
was a charter member
of the American
Academy of
Dr. Samuel
Pedodontics.
Stulberg
Dr. Stulberg's pro-
fessional associations
included being an instructor of
pedodontics at the University of
Detroit, a special examiner for the
Michigan State Board of Dentistry,
the chief of the pedodontic depart-
ment of the dental division of Sinai
Hospital of Detroit and a member of
the Sinai Hospital cleft palate team.
There were numerous articles and
essays on pediatric dentistry credited
to Dr. Stulberg and he presented
many clinics on the subject.
His 60-year membership at
Congregation Shaarey Zedek included
serving on the education and youth
committees, being chairman of the
luncheon study groups, chairman of
the music division of the Cultural
Commission and a member of the
board of trustees. He was a leader of
the Cultural Commission trip to Israel
in 1983 and a board member of the
men's club as well as a participant in
its choir.
Dr. Stulberg is survived by his wife,
Judith Victor Stulberg; sons and
daughters-in-law, Dr. Michael V. and
Judith G. Stulberg of California,
Robert B. Stulberg and Michelle H.
Green of New York, Neal H. Stulberg
and Leah Shahmoon of California;
grandchildren, Jeremy, Adam, Jacob,
Joseph and Salome; sisters and broth-
er-in-law, Sophie and Sam Lezell,
Gertrude Rosen; sisters-in-law and
brothers-in-law, Shirley Finkel,
Harriet Goldberg, Harold and Margie
Victor, Lenore Stulberg.
Interment at Clover Hill Park
Cemetery. Contributions may be

School of Dental Medicine, c/o Alpha

Oak Park, died April 11. She was a
dentist.
She is survived by her daughter and
son-in-law, Margarita and Zinoviy
Pevzner of Oak Park; son and daugh-
ter-in-law, Yefim and Irina Sverdlov of
Farmington Hills; grandchildren,

Diana and Alex Pevzner, Olga
Sverolov and Johanna Sverdlov; broth-
er and sister-in-law, Ilya and
Alexandra Shteintsaig of Southfield.
She was the beloved wife of the late
Michael Sverdlov.
Interment at Machpelah Cemetery.

THOMAS ZOHOTT, 93, of East

Lansing, died April 14. He was a
member of Louis Marshall Lodge of
B'nai Brith; he served a term as presi-
dent and many years as financial secre-
tary.
Mr. Zohott is survived by his son
and daughter-in-law, Alan and
Carolyn Zohott of East Lansing;
daughter, Phyllis Litwak of Plymouth;
grandchildren, Eric Litwak, Ruth and
Rick Duyck, Deborah and Kevin
Bergman, Richard and Rena Zohott,
Marni Zohott; four great-grandchil-
dren. He was the beloVed husband of
the late Lena Zohott.

will accompany the photograph in

electronic submissions.
Please attach a label to the back
of the photograph that includes the
deceased's name as well as a return
name and address. Do not write on
the photograph itself.
All photos must be received at
The Jewish News by noon Tuesday
to be considered for that Friday's
paper. To be returned, all pho-
tographs must be accompanied by a
stamped, self-addressed envelope.
