Auditorium

he Wayne State University
Law School marked the
opening of its newly expand-
ed and renovated building
by dedicating the new Spencer M.
Partrich Auditorium in honor of a
donor alumnus.
"The law school's new building is a
beautiful gateway to the Wayne State
University campus," said WSU
President Irvin D. Reid.
The Spencer M. Partrich
Auditorium is the prime feature of the
new building, equipped for appellate
and trial court hearings, lectures, sym-
posia and moot court sessions. Both
the Michigan Supreme Court and the
Michigan Court of Appeals have held
sessions in the auditorium since it
opened last October. The auditorium
allows students to learn from lawyers
and judges by viewing actual cases.
"The new auditorium is not only a
beautiful addition to the law school,
