Andrew Diamond of Farmington Hills, a 14-year-old
freshman at Farmington Harrison High School, set a
freshman class record in winning Harrison's annual
weight-lifting contest.
Diamond lifted 185, 225, 250, 275 and 315 pounds.
His final, record lift was 360 pounds.

IHC Offers
Spring Camp

Boys and girls age 5 and up can par-
ticipate in a spring-break camp at
the InLine Hockey Center, 9:30
a.m.-3 p.m. April 6-20. Extended
care is available before and after
camp.
The camp will focus on in-line
hockey instruction, skill improve-
ment and fun. Highlights include
skating, stick handling, shooting,
passing, team play, scrimmages and
swimming.
Campers must have an HECC-
approved helmet and full face mask,
elbow pads, protective cup, hockey
gloves, shin pads, hockey stick and
in-line skates without heel brakes.
Participants should bring their own
lunch, which fits kashrut restric-
tions. A snack will be served.
The InLine Hockey Center is
adjacent to the Jewish Community
Center in West Bloomfield. Camp
fee is $235 for JCC members and
$280 for non-members. To register,
