Commission for its 55 years of contin-

Michelle Friedman, Oakland County
commissioner for Huntington Woods,
Oak Park, Pleasant Ridge, Royal Oak
and Southfield, has been appointed to
serves on the Michigan Association of
Counties Committees, which impacts
state legislation.

Harriet B. Rotter, a principal in the
firm of Rotter and Pierce PC in
Franklin, has been appointed to repre-
sent the general public as a member of
the Michigan Municipal Bond
Authority Board of Trustees by Gov.
