The Big Surprises Coming To The Stock,
Bond & Gold Markets Before 2001 Ends

Speaker: JOEL ROSNER, JD
Editor & Publisher of
The Rosner Market Letter

Guest Speaker: SARAH K. ROSNER, CFP
Vice President
A.G. Edwards
Bloomfield Hills, MI

Mr. Rosner accurately predicted the stock market top in 1973 that led to the 1973-74
bear market. In 1978, before a group of 100 CPA's, he predicted that the prime rate,
then 8%, was going to rise above 10%. It did and continued to rise until it peaked at
21'/2% in January, 1981. The Rosner Market Letter began in 1985. In 1987 he again
predicted a market top that led to the 1987 stock market crash. Since then he has made
many accurate predictions on major turns in the Stock, Bond and Gold markets.

In 1998 he said the stock market had reached a major top and, in fact, it was the begin-
ning of a Stealth Bear Market that eventually engulfed the majority of stocks. At the
very same time the Dow Jones Industrials and the S&P 500 indices rose to all time
highs accompanied by a speculative bubble in technology stocks that resulted in the
creation of a two-tier market.

In September, 1999 he said "The Longest Cyclical Bull Market had Ended"because
the Dow Jones Industrials had failed to reach 12,000. He wrote in his January, 2000
letter, after another attempt by the Dow to reach 12,000 failed (it peaked at 11,750)
that a major market top had been confirmed and went on to predict: The stock
market would suffer its biggest decline since 1990 (the NASDAQ collapsed); that the
two-tier market would end; that internet, communication and technical stocks would
get their comeuppance; that utility stocks would be great performers; that momentum
players would suffer a major setback. In his January, 2001 letter he predicted that the
Dow Jones Industrials and the S&P 500 would fall into bear markets.
