In Memoriam
There are only a finite number of Holocaust sur-
Bryant M Frank, cantorial soloist;
Amy Moulton, president; and Rabbi
Nicolas Behrmann of the Grosse Pointe
Jewish Council
vivors — and we believe their passing is part of
a national life-cycle that bears noting.
So starting in this issue, we'll mark the
passing of those who survived the Shoah with
a special symbol in our Obituary section.
"In this small way," said Editor Robert A.
Sklar, "we honor the lives of those who nearly
lost theirs in the midst of Hitler's
madness."
