JOYCE MOLLY KAPLAN, 60, former
Detroiter of St. Louis Park, Minn., died
Feb. 8. She earned her master's degree in
social work at Wayne State University
and held social work positions in Wayne
and Oakland counties. Most recently
she distinguished herself in work with
adults who are developmentally disabled
in Ramsey County, St. Paul, Minn.
She is survived by her sister and
brother-in-law, Betty and Herbert Malos
of Farmington Hills; nephew, Stanley
Malos of San Jose, Calif.; nieces
Marlene Joslin of Melrose, Mass.,
Nancy Kaplan and Judy Samach of
Florida; two great-nieces; two great-
nephews.

Support and Education, P.O. Box 849,
Vancouver, WA 98666.

LOUIS KASLE, 91, of Flint, died Feb.
17. He was born in Russia and moved
to Toledo in 1921 and then to Flint in
1939. He was founder and president of
Kasle Brothers Inc. and Western Steel
Company as well as other businesses in
Flint, Springfield, Ohio, and
Indianapolis. He held leadership roles in
Congregation Beth Israel, Flint Jewish
Federation, United Jewish Appeal and
Israel Bonds. Mr. Kasle was a benefactor
to the Flint Cultural Center, Hurley
Hospital and other charitable institu-
tions.
Mr. Kasle is survived by his wife
Charlotte; children, Franklin and Judy
Kasle of Flint, Dr. Jerome and Sherry
Kasle of Oak Park, Joan Kasle and Allan
Hertzenson of Beverly Hills, Noreen
Kasle of Flint, Diane Kasle of Creswell,
Ore.; grandchildren, Robert and
Kimberly Kasle of Scottsdale, Ariz.,
Teresa Kasle of Boulder, Colo., Adam
Kasle Hyland of Tucson, Ariz., Shimon
Kasle of Oak Park, Lori Kasle of Ann
Arbor, David, Rebecca, Elana and
Joseph Kasle of Oak Park; great-grand-
daughter, Lauren Jessica Kasle of
Scottsdale.
Interment at Machpelah Cemetery in

CHARLES KIRSH, 66, of Lake Orion,
Mich., died Feb. 18.
He is survived by his brother, Arthur

Kirsh of Southfield; cousin, Judi Grui;
aunt, Sylvia Brenner of California.
Graveside services were held at the
Clover Hill Park Cemetery.
Contributions may be made to a charity
of one's choice.

ESTHER KOLLENBERG, 91, of
Southfield, died Feb. 16. She was a
member of Temple Israel.
Mrs. Kollenberg is survived by her
daughter and son-in-law, Doreen and
Stanley Millman of West Bloomfield;
grandchildren, Louis and Randi
Millman, Robert and Amy Millman,
Lori and Matthew Orel; great-grand-
children, Remy, Justin, Jared and Jeremy
Millman and Aaron Orel. She was the
beloved wife of the late Samuel S.
Kollenberg.
Interment at Adat Shalom Memorial
Park. Contributions may be directed to

SASHA PINSKAYA, 77, of Oak Park,
died Feb. 13.
She is survived by her daughter and
son-in-law, Simona and Vadim
Leszinsky of Oak Park; brothers and sis-
ters-in-law, Ilya and Matta
Pereplyotchikov of Oak Park, Semen
and Esfir Pereployotchikov of Israel,
Albert and Tzila Pereployotchikov of
Israel; grandchildren, Marta Khvolina,
Lena Leszinsky.

HARRIETTE RAYLE, 79, of West
Bloomfield, died Feb. 16. For 35 years,
she was a secretary at the Oak Park
Board of Education.
She is survived by her husband of 59
years, Arnold Rayle; daughter and son-
in-law, Donna and Barry Bronson of
Phoenix; son, William Rayle of
Southfield; grandchildren, Laura and
Eric Bronson; sister and brother-in-law,
Pet and Manny Nosan of West
Bloomfield. Mrs. Rayle was the dear sis-
ter of the late William Pearl.
Interment at Machpleah Cemetery.

Karmanos Cancer Institute.

HARRY DAVID RUDIN, 87, of
Southfield, died Feb. 16.
He is survived by his son, Alan
Rudin- of Northville; daughter and
son-in-law, Nina and Alan Herman of

of Oak Park; granddaughter, Jillian
