Changes include new exercise equipment, paint and carpeting. New cardiovascular and strength circuit equipment will include a new tread- mill and elliptical cross trainers. The health club is open only to paid members, and the JCC is-offer- ing a winter membership special through Feb. 28 at both the Oak Park and West Bloomfield JCC locations.
