During her tenure as a social studies teacher, Luria had the opportunity to Sue Luria promote democra- tic ideals and encourage students to consider the positive impact they can have on - society's values. She and Isakow both serve on the cabinet of the ADL of Greater Detroit. Isakow has been active in the community in a variety of areas, many of them in the Jewish commu- nity. A past president of Greater Detroit Chapter of Hadassah, she is on the board of Hadassah, the Ecumenical Institute of Jewish- Christian Studies and the Jewish Federation of Metropolitan Detroit. Photo Session For Survivors Detroit Medical Center/Sinai-Grace Hospital's Program for Holocaust Survivors and Families will conduct another photography session 10 a.m.-noon Sunday, Feb. 18, at the studio of professional photographer Tom Kirby.
