NORMA GUYER SOBESKY, 55, former Detroiter of Denver, died Jan. 23. She received her bachelor's degree from Wayne State University and her master's degree in special education from Eastern Michigan University. She taught at Children's Psychiatric Hospital in Ann Arbor. In 1972, she and her husband moved to Denver, where she taught special education in the Jefferson County schools. She was the principal of the Day Treatment Centers for Jefferson County schools. Last year, Mrs. Sobesky won the Kay Cessna Award as spe- cial educator of the year. She is survived by her husband, Dr. William E.
