IRVING DUBRINSKY, 73, of Detroit,

died Jan. 15.
He is survived by his brothers and sis-
ters-in-law, Mel and Renee Durbin of
Bloomfield Hills, Gerald and Phyllis
Dubrinsky of West Bloomfield; 11 nieces
and nephews; 11 great-nieces and
nephews. He was the beloved son of the
late Philip and Rose Dubrinsky.
A memorial service was held at Temple
Shir Shalom in West Bloomfield.

DR. IRVING A. FRIEDMAN, 77, of

Oak Park, Ill., died Jan. 20. He was a
board certified hematologist, a fellow of
the American College of Physicians, associ-
ate director of the hematology department
at Cook Counw Hospital. Dr. Friedman
was also a professor of medicine at Chicago
Medical School and Loyola University
Medical School as well as being a consult-
ing physician at Hines VA Hospital and
president of scarf at Oak Park Hospital.
He is survived by his wife 4'55 years,
Florence; son and daughter-in-law, Mark
and Joanne Friedman; daughter and son-
in-law, Barbara and Michael Horowitz of
West Bloomfield; grandchildren, Lisa,
Rachel, Susan, Adam, Sandra and
Geoffrey; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-
law, Gabriel Rose, Allen and Janet
Fishbain, Joyce Zenberg Fishbain. He was
the dear brother of the late Edith Rose and
the late Sara and Sydney Klow; brother-in-
law of the late Sheldon Fishbain.
Services were held at West Suburban
Temple Har Zion with interment at Glen
Oak Cemetery. Arrangements by Lloyd
Mandel Levayah Funerals, Skokie, Ill.

CLARA ERENTHAL, 91, of Tamarac,

Fla., died Jan. 10. Prior to her retirement
25 years ago, she was the owner of
Goodwill Candle and Incense Company
in Detroit.
She is survived by her sons and daugh-
ter-in-law, Samuel and Marilyn Flam,
Chester Flam; grandchildren, Renee Flam
and Jon Ross, Shelly and Steve Caton;
great-grandchildren, Juliet Flam-Ross and
Kyle and Ryley Caton. She was the
beloved wife of the late Samuel Erenthal
and the late Charles Flam; loving grand-
mother of the late Karen Flam.
Interment at Machpelah Cemetery.

the owner and founder of Taylor-based
Wallside Windows,
leading the company
for 57 years. He
graduated as an
accountant from
Detroit Institute of
Technology and was
a member of the 100
Club and a Mason.
He was a veteran of
Martin Blanck
World War II. He
was involved with
many charities throughout the Detroit
area and was honored by local business
and government organizations for con-
tributions to the area's business commu-
nity.

daughters-in-law, Stuart Blanck of West

Blanck of Ann Arbor; grandchildren,-
Lisa, Adam and Jenna Blanck; sister and
brother-in-law, Ethel and Robert
Rudman of Florida.
Interment at Machpelah Cemetery.
