The American Physicians
Fellowship for Medicine in Israel
(APF), the only organization in North
America designated by the State of
Israel as the registry of medical volun-
teers in case of a national medical
emergency, encourages physicians,
nurses and other health care profes-
sionals, to register for the Emergency
Medical Volunteer Program.
Volunteers would be called during
times of crisis to serve the civilian
population.
The State of Israel will provide
Emergency Medical Volunteers with
travel, housing arrangements and
insurance.
