Blancpain Perpetual Calendar

Timeline:

My Blancpain Perpetual Calendar watch
in 18k. gold is a self-winding watch.
Blancpain has never made a quartz move-
ment and has been making watches since
1735. The perpetual calendar automati-
cally corrects for months shorter than 31
days. You never have to reset the
calendar until the year 2100. (2100
will not be a leap year.) It's a
watch I've had for 10 years,
and I wear it frequently. It's
more on the dressy side, but
it is very comfortable.

Omega Seamaster

Timeline:

My personal watch is the Omega Seamaster
Professional. I wear the Omega for several reasons.
First, Omega has a great legacy going back to the year
1848. It has been in the exploration of space, being
the watch NASA selected to travel to the moon.
Omega also has been used as the Olympics' official
timekeeper dating back to 1932. Secondly, I am very
particular about the comfort of a
watch. The Omega
Seamaster gives me a
rugged watch with an
extremely comfortable feel.
The bracelet is very flexible
and fits to my wrist perfectly.
Thirdly, being active around
water and in sports, the Omega Seamaster is an ideal
watch for my lifestyle. It is water resistant to 1000
feet, very rugged and durable, without losing the clas-
sic understated look that I am comfortable with.
