MARY KUTLOV, 92, of Detroit, died
Ncv. 24. She was a city government secre-
tary and received a city of Detroit common
council testimonial resolution recognizing
her 42 years of dedicated work. Her interes
included dancing ballet and gourmet cook-
ing; she won a national chicken cooking
contest, which netted her two, all-expense
paid tickets to Europe. She also received the
Excellence in Culinary Creativity award
from the Michigan Apple Committee in
1988.
She is survived by her brother and sister-
in-law, Abraham and Leona Kutlov of
Detroit; nieces and nephews, Carol and
Ram Armon, Elizabeth Levin; great-nieces
and great-nephews. She was the loving sister
of the late Lt. Colonel Milton Kutlov and
the late Sophie Kutlov.
