She is the daughter of Arthur and Pamela Efros and the sister of Stacey and Kevin. Proud grandparents are Jane and Jack Sweet and Jerry and Ada Efros. Valerie attends Abbott Middle School in West Bloomfield. She enjoys softball, snowboarding, camping and being with friends. For her mitzvah project, Valerie worked at Hadassah House. Glenn David Evans will be called to the Torah as a bar mitz- vah during Havdalah services at Temple Israel on Saturday, Nov. 18. He is the son of Donna and Rock Evans and brother of Scott and Eric. Excited grandparents are Marjorie and Jerome Robbins. Glenn's favorite mitzvah project involved being the Derby Duck for Hadassah's charitable event last summer. An honor student at Oak Valley Middle School in Wixom, Glenn loves football, playing on a team for the past four years, as well as attending Camp Tamarack. Stephanie Michelle Feldman will cele- brate her bat mitzvah at Temple Israel on Friday, Nov. 17. She is the daughter of Bobbie Feldman and Stephen Feldman and sister of Michael. Happy grandmother is Betty Desmonde. She is also the grandchild of the late Irwin Desmonde and the late Sophia and Julius Feldman. A student at O.E. Dunckel Middle School in Farmington Hills, Stephanie is an avid moviegoer, loves the Detroit Red Wings and plays basketball, volley- ball and runs track. Among her mitzvah projects, she has volunteered at the Livingston Association for Retarded Citizens and donated to the National Foundation for Jewish Genetic Diseases.
