Beth Shalom Men
Host Photographer

Photographer Monte Nagler will pre-
sent a program titled "A Journey
Through Photographic History" at the
Congregation Beth Shalom Men's
Club Forum 10:30 a.m. Sunday, Nov.
19, at the synagogue.
Nagler began his photography
career after studying with Ansel
Adams. His photographs are in many
private and public collections, includ-
ing the Detroit Institute of Arts, Ford
Motor Co., General Electric Corp.
and DaimlerChrysler Corp. Nagler is
the National Fine Arts Photography
spokesperson for the Chevrolet Tahoe
and is a recipient of the Farmington
Area Arts Commission's Artist in
Residence Award.
Chairing the breakfast forum are
Jerry Efros and Randy Davidson.
Breakfast will be served. Admission is
free to members and $3 per guest.

Greater Detroit Section's Just 4 Kids
Committee met Oct. 29 at four
Kadima homes to plant spring flow-
ering bulbs.
Forty parents and children plant-
ed 600 spring bulbs and were
rewarded with cider and doughnuts.
Liz Leshman, Abbey Nathan and
Andrea Stone, chairs of the Just 4 Kids
Committee, planned the project.
