Dianne and Joe Rote of West
Bloomfield are delighted to announce
the engagement of their daughter Kelly
Nicole to Joseph Robert Bobek, son of
Terri and Joe Bobek of Vienna, Va.
Kelly received her bachelor's degree
in political science from the University
of Maryland, College Park and her mas-
ter's degree in congressional studies
from the Catholic University of
America, Washington, D.C. She is
employed by the National Marines
Manufacturing Association in
Washington, D.C., as director of federal

government relations.
Joe earned his bachelor's degree in
accounting from Clemson University in
South Carolina and is a certified public
accountant. He received his master's of
business administration degree in
finance from the University of
Maryland, College Park and is
employed as a manager for America
Online in Reston, Va.
A March wedding will take place in
Maryland. After a honeymoon in St.
Lucia in the Caribbean islands, the cou-
ple will reside in Alexandria, Va.

Erin Schwartz and Randy Klepaski
were recently married at the Hotel
Baronette in Novi. Rabbi Paul Yedwab
of Temple Israel officiated.
The bride is the daughter of Sandy
and Paul Schwartz of West Bloomfield.
The groom is the son of John and Jean
Klepaski of Dexter and Mary and Greg
Charland of Berkley.
Rachel Kay was maid of honor.
Bridesmaids were Amy Korman, cousin
of the bride; Julie, Jennifer and Jackie
Klepaski, sisters of the groom; and

Rachel Bellaver and Megan Ingber.
The best man was Brad Rougeau.
Groomsmen were Ed Bricker, uncle of
the bride; Nicholas and Jordan
Schwartz, brothers of the bride; Rob
Caleca, cousin of the groom; and Eddie
Smolitsky.
Erin and Randy were honored to
have Ruth and Lester Bricker and
Leon and Sylvia Schwartz, grand-
parents of the brixzde, participate in
the ceremony.
The couple will reside in Waterford.
