Schwartz-Flashner

Risa Julie Schwartz and Ian Jeffrey
Flashner were recently married at Bay
Pointe Golf Club. Rabbi Daniel Nevins
and Cantor Howard Glantz of Adat
Shalom Synagogue officiated.
Risa is the daughter of Joanne and
Mark Schwartz of West Bloomfield.
Ian is the son of Barbara and Ira
Flashner, also of West Bloomfield.
Michelle Kalina, sister of the bride,
was matron of honor. Bridesmaids
were Suzanne Stabile, Melanie
Endsley and Danielle Berke. Junior
bridesmaids were Katharine Glazer
and Stephanie Berke. Flower girls

were Stephanie Glazer and Sarah
Glazer. The bride's niece, 1-year-old
Sydney Kalina, also participated.
Steve Hammond, friend of the
groom, was best man. Groomsmen
were Kirk Flashner, Michael Flashner
and Peter Kalina. Junior groomsmen
were Jack Glazer and Kevin Berke.
The groom's nephew Evan Flashner
was ring bearer. Ian and Risa were
thrilled to have grandparents Elaine
Glazer and Jeannette and Norman
Schwartz participate in the ceremony.
Following a honeymoon in Hawaii,
the couple will reside in Novi.

Benigsohn-Krauthamer

Carrie Jill Benigsohn and Roy Adam
Krauthamer were recently married at
the Hotel Baronette in Novi. Rabbi
James Michaels of Congregation Beth
Israel in Flint and Cantor Chaim
Najman of Congregation Shaarey Zedek
officiated.
Carrie is the daughter of Ronna and
David Benigsohn of Farmington Hills.
Roy is the son of Joan and Jules
Krauthamer of Whitestone, N.Y.
The maid of honor was Allison Ursu,
sister of the bride. Bridesmaids were
Marni and Terri Krauthamer, sisters of
the groom; and Lisa Cozzetto, Dalia
Dubin, Nikki Kaczander, Tracey
Proghovnick, Emily Shwedel and Jackie
Wander.

The best man was Michael Seltzer,
friend of the groom. Groomsmen were
Mark Stone, brother-in-law of the
groom; David Ursu, brother-in-law of
the bride; and Brian Apple, Zack Davis,
Eric Dubin, Jonathan Dwoskin, Scott
Fishman, Jeff Gold, Matt Orrin and
Greg Weitzman.
Carrie and Roy were honored to have
her grandmothers Jennie Benigsohn and
Estelle Schubiner and his grandmother
Leah Litzman participate in the ceremo-
ny.
Following a honeymoon in Key
Largo, Fla., and a cruise through the
western Caribbean, the newlyweds will
reside in West Bloomfield.
