EVERLASTING
LOVE

en Amy Ross Gavartin first called me I
was skeptical. She told me her wedding
was spectacular. Of course, all weddings
are fabulous especially if you are the
bride. So, I was ready to relegate her comments to the
starry-eyed bride syndrome; however, the more I lis-
tened, the more I became intrigued. She got married
at the Detroit Opera House and felt like royalty in the
opulent setting with all the elegant details. "I wish you
could have been there to feel the magic," said Amy.
Then I went to see the photographs from R.L. Knight
Photography in Bloomfield Hills, and I felt the magic.
We've included all of her exquisite details, which
created an inspiring wedding. Hopefully, you can use
some of these "wedding details" to plan your next
simcha.
Also, read about former Detroiter Tony Sosnick. He
will surely make men feel special and magical with his
new line of men's cosmetics.
Linda Bachrack interviewed
this young entrepreneur who is
certain to become a star in the
cosmetic world.
To be practical, we've includ-
ed some new kitchen items, all
available at local stores. If you
don't already have a bagel slicer,
I suggest it. It's handy, and it
sure beats stitches at the ER on
Sunday morning.
As the weather turns cool
and breezy in the morning and late at night, we are
reminded that fall has arrived. To enjoy the season,
please note our "images of fall" story.
As a community magazine, we want to write about
local people, events, and trends. Please let us know
about an interesting story, hobby or endeavor. I'll try
not to be skeptical if you share you magic with us.
