BERTHA SUHD, 90, of West
Bloomfield, died Sept. 13. She was a
foundinc, member of Northwest Child
Rescue.
She is survived by her daughter and
son-in-law, Ina and Sanford Lutz of
West Bloomfield; grandchildren, David
and DeAnn Lutz, Ellen and Justin
Lowenberger; great-grandchildren,
Zoey and Sophie Lutz, Zachary and
Alec Lowenberger; and brother and sis-
ter-in-law, Emanuel "Manny" and
Anne Perlove of Ontario.
Mrs. Suhd was the beloved wife of
the late Louis Suhd.
Interment was at Beth El Memorial
Park. Arrangements by Ira Kaufman
Chapel.
ROSE SUKENIC, 96, of Southfield,
died Sept. 15.
She is survived by her brothers and
sisters-in-law, Sam and Anne Sukenic of
Southfield, Norman and Nettie Sukenic
of Oak Park.
Mrs. Sukenic was the loving daugh-
ter of the late Jacob Sukenic and the
late Dora Sukenic; loving sister of the
late Bernard Sukenic, the late Morris
Sukenic, the late Minnie Sosin, the late
Lee Sukenic Rosner, the late Fanny
Sukenic, the late Vivian Fealk.
Contributions may be made to a
charity of one's choice. Interment was
at Beth Tefilo Emanuel Cemetery.

ANNE WEISS, 95, former Detroiter of
Boynton Beach, Fla., died Sept. 7. She
was a lifetime member of Hadassah and
was an active member of Bikur Cholim
in Detroit.
She is survived by her daughter and
son-in-law, Rosalie Weiss Almborg and
Theodore Horowitz of Ocean Ridge,
Fla.; grandchildren, Victoria Weiss,
Michael Weiss, Carol Young, William
Weiss, Wendy Klein, Susan Passin,
Nina Almborg, Jens Almborg; and 17
great-grandchildren.
She was the loving mother of the late
Arthur Weiss, the late Bernard Weiss
and the late Milton Weiss and the lov-
ing grandmother of the late Elisabeth
Weiss.
Interment was in Delray Beach, Fla.
EUGENE WEISS, 93, former
Detroiter of Lawrence, N.Y., died Sept.
11.
He is survived by his sons and
daughters-in-law, Bruce and Carol
Weiss, Joshua and Iris Weiss; daughter
and son-in-law, Doris and Malcolm
Shreibman; brothers and sisters-in-law,
