The Detroit Chapter of the American Technion Society (ATS) recently hosted
Professor Dan Shechtman at a breakfast meeting helot at Tam O'Shanter
Country Club in West Bloomfield. Dr. Shechtman's 1982 discovery of quasi-
periodic materials brought a new atomic order to science. Shown at the meeting
