also worked a booth at the Israel
Fest.
Becca was a member of the
Temple Emanu-El Youth Choir for
the last four years and her most
meaningful mitzvah project was
singing with the choir at hospitals,
assisted-living homes and senior-cit-
izen apartments.
Celebrating her simcha with
Becca will be relatives and friends
from many different states, includ-
ing Israel and Japan.

Leslie Willens Rosenberg will
become a bar mitzvah at
Congregation Shaarey Zedek in
Southfield on
Saturday, Sept. 23.
Leslie is the son of
Ben Rosenberg and
Amy Willens. He is
the grandson of
Harvey and Jean
Willens and the
late Leslie and
Esther Rosenberg.
Leslie attends Detroit Country
Day School in Beverly Hills and
enjoys basketball, tennis and family
ski trips. He has participated in the
youth choir at Shaarey Zedek and
loves his summers at Camp Ramah
in Canada.
Leslie's mitzvah projects included
volunteering with Yad Ezra and the
Jewish Association for Residential
Care, and visiting the Fleischman
Residence with his standard poodle,
Sophie. He will complete his syna-
gogue project assisting at the Laker
Education Complex in West
Bloomfield. Leslie is very excited to
share this special occasion with his
family and friends.

the Torah as a bat mitzvah at Temple
Israel on Friday,
Sept. 22. She is the
daughter of Marla
and Dr. David
Rosman and sister
of Jamie and Ryan.
