Volunteers Sought
For Fame Games

The Jewish Community Center needs
volunteers for the West Bloomfield
Community Fame Games scheduled 10
a.m.-2 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 17.
The Fame Games offer people with
special needs the opportunity to partici-
pate in athletic competition in a com-
munity environment. There will be
swimming and track and field events.
Volunteers are needed for hospitality,
check-in, juice distribution, information
desk, seating of athletes, water stand,
athlete escort, activities center, lunch
preparation, drop-in event escort and
assisting at the evening gala.
An orientation meeting for staff and
volunteers will be held 10 a.m. Sunday,
Sept. 10, at the JCC. Lunch and a T-
shirt will be provided on the day.
