The Greater Detroit Chapter of
Hadassah will host Heart Healthy
Day 9 a.m.-noon Sunday, Aug. 6.
The day begins with an optional
walk/run on the West Bloomfield
nature trail across from Crosswinds
Mall. At 10 a.m. will be a heart-
healthy brunch hosted at Hadassah
House, 5030 Orchard Lake Road,
West Bloomfield.
The activities culminate with a

panel discussion 11 a.m.-noon, fea-
turing Gail Posner, registered dieti-
- cian; Nancy K. Simpson, personal
trainer; and Melissa Stevens, cardiol-
ogist.
Cost is $18, but anyone joining
Hadassah that day will be guests of
