InLine Hockey
Center Deadline

The new InLine Hockey Center
(IHC) adjacent to the West
Bloomfield Jewish Community
Center is accepting registrations
through Friday, Aug. 4, for its first
week-long instructional school.
The Aug. 14-18 sessions for chil-
dren will run from 9:30 a.m. to 3
p.m. and include instruction and
team play. Swimming will be avail-
able.
The InLine Hockey Center is plan-
ning classes and leagues for children,
men and women, and will hold an
open house 1-4 p.m. Sunday, Aug.
13.

Bowling League
Installation

Detroit Morgenthau Bowling League
finished its 1999/2000 season with a
luncheon. The first-place team was
the Martinis: Madeline Bronstein and
Thelma Seder.
Incoming officers for the new sea-
son are Ruth Gaynor, president;
Barbara Alter, vice president; Harriet
Simon, secretary; Madeline Bronstein,
treasurer; Arlene Anbender, recording
treasurer.

The 2000/2001 season will begin
Aug. 28 with a league appreciation
day sponsored by Country Lanes.
Regular bowling will begin Sept. 5 at
12:30 p.m. Anyone interested in

Francisco next week.
The event will mark the
Josh Mondry
fourth year for the team golf
competition.
Mondry, 36, plays out of Knollwood Country
Club in West Bloomfield. Schlissberg, who will be 29
next month, plays at the Country Club of Lansing.
Both men are scratch golfers and have competed in
Michigan and U.S. Golf Association amateur events
since graduating college. Mondry has won several

state tournaments.
