French influences, among others.
A large concentration will be on
vegetables ... with fish also playing a
big role ... Experiments are being
made with soy and vegetables to
copy the tastes of meat and poultry
products.

SEEMS STRANGE that there are
still some people who think that
Little Daddy's is just a small version
of Big Daddy's ... Couldn't be farther
from the truth ... Obviously possible
that these folks have never been to
both operations ... Big Daddy's is an
upscale and complete Greek restau-
rant ... and the Little Daddy's restau-
rants are glorified Coney Islands.
There'll be two seatings for Big
Daddy's Greek Night, Friday, July 28
... 8 and 11 p.m. ... in its next-door
banquet area ... Regular Greek menu,
belly dancing, Greek music and tra-
ditional plate-breaking ... No cover
or admission charge.
THE NEW SERTA Restocraft
factory that opened in Romulus, is
somewhat of a tribute to the late
Harry Kraft, founder in 1913, of
Restocraft, parent company of Serta
Restocraft.
Twenty acres including 105,000
square feet for manufacturing, 7,500
for administration, plus a showroom,
is a far cry from the former one-story
facility ... which Harry opened in
1937 after business far exceeded his
ability to build mattresses at home.
The new plant, built by
Oliver/Hatcher Construction of
Wixom, has 13 dock -doors ... com-
