EDWARD EARL SINGER, 79, of
West Bloomfield, died July 10. During
World War II, Mr. Singer was in the
Marine Corps. He was a residential
home builder; his company, Singer
Building Company, was one of the old-
est in the metro area. In addition to
being a member of the Builders
Association of Metro Detroit and the
National Home Builders Association,
Mr. Singer belonged to Tam O'Shan

Country Club, Keidan Lodge B'nai
B'rith and the Roy Green Post of the
Jewish War Veterans.
Mr. Singer is survived by his wife. of
50 years, Cecelia Singer; son and
daughter-in-law, Alan and Lenore
Singer of West Bloomfield; daughters
and sons-in-law, Sue and Alan Kaufman
of Bloomfield Hills, Julie and Joshua
Chernoff, grandchildren, Jodie, Emily
and Danny Kaufman, Justin Singer,
Adam and Leah Chernoff, Bradley and
Stephanie Deutch; brothers, Milford
Singer, Kenneth Singer; sister-in-law,
Molly Foreman.

RAE WEBERMAN, 87, of West
Bloomfield, died July 14.
She is survived by her daughters and
sons-in-law, Shirley and Jerry Tralins of
Pembroke Pines, Fla., Florence Jane and
Morris Pianko of Howell, Linda
Weberman and companion, Ron Fink
of West Bloomfield; grandchildren,
Sheila, Myles, Jodie, Curtis; great-
grandchildren, Heather, Matthew,
Todd, Derek, Jason, Morgan. Mrs.
Weberman was the beloved wife of the
late Theodore Weberman.
