Charles Allen Ornstein has been named a Washington correspondent for the Dallas Morning News. _ Ornstein, a graduate of Hillel Day School of Metropolitan Detroit, grad- uated in 1992 from Harrison High School in Farmington Hills, where he was editor of the student publication Catalyst. He graduated summa cum laude in 1996 from the University of Pennsylvania, where he was editor of the Daily Pennsylvanian. Ornstein was a finalist for the Livingston Award in Journalism as an outstanding writer under age 35. While in Dallas, he won a Katie Award for outstanding business jour- nalism in five southwest states.
