Topf-Husum
Dr. Jeffrey and Mary Topf of
Huntington Woods are thrilled to
announce the engagement of their
daughter Lynn Michelle to Harald
Husum, son of Dagny Maria Husum
of Sogndal, Norway.
Lynn and Harald met in
Guatemala in January 1998 and con-
tinued their relationship in Norway
and southeast Asia. They are relocat-
ing to America and plan to reside in
Manhattan.
Lynn will resume her career as a
family nurse practitioner and Harald
will continue his as an art
director/graphic designer.
An August wedding is planned at
Orchard Lake Country Club.

Cohen-Katzman
Alyssa Katzman and Aric Cohen were
married recently at Temple Israel.
Rabbi Joshua Bennett officiated.
Alyssa is the daughter of Barbara
and Maury Katzman of Southfield.
Aric is the son of Jackie and Stewart
Cohen of West Bloomfield.
The matron of honor was Sheri
Katzman, sister of the bride. The
bridesmaid was Rebecca Cohen, sis-
ter-in-law of the groom. Jason Cohen,
brother. of the groom, was the best
man. Groomsmen were Steve
Katzman, brother of the bride, and
David Fernquist, brother-in-law of
the bride.
The couple were honored to have
the groom's grandparents Alfred and
Bernice Kunin and Irving Cohen par-
ticipate in the ceremony.
The Cohens took a honeymoon
trip to Hawaii.
