Two of Sinai-Grace Hospital's psychi-
atric programs have moved. The inpa-
tient program has moved from the
now-closed Sinai Hospital building to
a renovated 21-bed unit on the fifth
floor of Sinai-Grace Hospital. The
emergency psychiatry walk-in clinic
has moved to the former Grace
Ambulatory Care Center, 14230 W.
McNichols, Detroit.

Dr. Myral R. Robbins of Huntington
Woods was named vice speaker of the
Michigan Osteopathic Association
House of Delegates at its annual dele-
gate meeting in May. Dr. Robbins is
board certified in family practice, with
special interests in female health care
and internal medicine. She runs a pri-
vate family practice in Shelby
Township.

Dr. Gaylord Alexander received the
Henry Ford Hospital Department of
Anesthesiology Teacher of the Year
Award, given in recognition of his
outstanding contribution to resident
education at the Detroit hospital for
1999-2000. Dr. Alexander had been
medical director of the operating
room at the former Sinai Hospital in
Detroit.
