She was a pianist, dancer and athlete. She earned her bachelor of arts degree, master's and education specialist degrees from Wayne State University. Mrs. Lebow was active in the founding of the Detroit Tennis Club. For 30 years, she served as a physical education teacher in the Detroit pub- lic school, teaching at Southwestern High School and Bow Elementary School. She was active with the La Jolla Chamber Music Society. She is survived by her daughters, Lori Lebow of Austinmer, NSW, Australia, Harriet (Derrick Wolf) Lebow of Hell, Mich.; grandchildren, Alexis and Evan Lebow-Wolf. She was the devoted wife of the late Aaron "Red" Lebow; loving sister of the late Esther (Challove) Politzer.
