ent of a silver medal in the cask-condi-
tioned ales category ... The restaurant's
Scottish Ale, Raymundo El Rojo, took
the silver at the fourth annual Real Ale
Festival in Chicago
10 YEARS AGO, 10 couples cele-
brating their 50th wedding anniver-
saries, decided to have a group party
at the former 1940 Chophouse on
East Jefferson ... It was so much fun
that the 20 friends taking the bus
from Bloomfield Plaza, Telegraph and
Maple, have been observing together
ever since.
On Wednesday, June 28, they will
celebrate their 60th anniversaries -
simultaneously again at Knollwood

Estelle Miller, Frank and Dorothy

Miriam Shenkman, and Sidney and
Melba Weiner.

Restaurant Group will be another Big
Fish Seafood Bistro ... in the
MarketFair Mall in Princeton, N.J.,
also known as West Windsor ... The
company's newest casual theme con-
cept, specializing in fresh fish and
seafood served in high-energy sur-
roundings, is the 22nd restaurant
owned and operated by the Muer
Corporation.
TWO NEW locales are being
added to its Southfield operation by
Zoup! Fresh Food Company ... They
are a 1,300 square-foot store in the
downtown Detroit Renaissance
Center's new lower-level food court
and a 1,600-square-foot space on the
first level of 3000 Town Center in
Southfield.
The Renaissance Center spot
recently opened ... and the Town
Center locale is planned for
September.
