Carly Elizabeth Sanfield will cele-
brate her bat mitzvah at Havdala
services on
Saturday, June 10,
at Temple Israel.
She is the daughter
of Vivian and
Michael Sanfield
and sister of
Danielle. Excited
grandparents are
Betty and Jerry
Sanfield and Olga Adler. She is also
the grandchild of the late Ernest
Adler.
Carly's most meaningful mitzvah
project involved volunteering at
monthly bingo games at the Jewish
Association for Residential Care. An
honor student at Orchard Lake
Middle School in West Bloomfield,
Carly enjoys horseback riding,
dancing, reading and swimming.

Alexander (A.J.) Schostak will be
called to the Torah as a bar mitzvah
on Saturday, June
10, at Adat Shalom
Synagogue. A.J. is
the son of Lillian
and Lee Schostak
and brother of
Steven and
Michael. Proud
grandparents are
Shoshana and Sol
Winkler and Laura Schostak. He is
also the grandson of the late
Alexander Schostak and the late
Hannah Schostak.
A seventh-grade honor student at
Hillel Day School of Metropolitan
Detroit in Farmington Hills, A.J.
has volunteered at Yad Ezra,
Fleischman Residence and the
Jewish Association for Residential
Care.
A.J. takes pride in his leadership
role as religious vice president of
Congregation Beth Shalom's
Kadima. He also enjoys reading,
baseball and leading religious ser-
vices.

Carli Riva Siegel
will celebrate her
bat mitzvah on
Friday evening,
June 9, at Temple
Beth El. She is the
daughter of Debbie
Siegel and Marc
Siegel and sister of
Alisha. and Dana.
Excited grandparents are Anita and
Cliff Rogers and Rhoda and Harvey
Goldvarg. Proud great-grandparents
are Zangwell Garber and Lillian
Hechtman. She is also the grand-
daughter of the late Robert Siegel.
Carli is an honor student at
Bloomfield Hills Middle School.
She enjoys drawing, drama, tennis
and soccer. Her mitzvah project at
Yad Ezra proved to be both interest-
ing and rewarding.

Daniel Lee Weberman will be
called to the Torah
as a bar mitzvah on
Saturday, June 10,
at Congregation
B'nai Moshe. He is
the son of Jane and
Ed Weberman and
brother to Nathan,
Max and Alex.
Proud grandmother
is Freda Weberman. Danny is also
the grandson of the late Leon
Weberman and Mary and Edward
Monarch.
An honor student at Walled Lake
Middle School, Danny plays the
guitar and trumpet and is an avid
baseball fan and player. Danny's
mitzvah projects included a book
drive and participation in an annual
project helping Jewish immigrants.
