Dr. Sidney and Sharlene Beck of West

Courtney is a graduate of the
University of Michigan with a bachelor
of arts degree in nursing. She is working
at Northwestern Memorial Hospital in
Chicago.
Geoffrey earned a bachelor of science
degree in business administration at
Babson College in Wellesley, Mass. He
is director of marketing at
Britannica.com Inc. in Chicago.
An August wedding is planned, after
which the couple will reside in Chicago.
