DIRECTOR, Family Jewish Education
Master's degree or relevant training. Significant related
experience. Skills in Jewish education, family programs,
educational materials, supervision, consultation with families,
PR and evaluation. Competitive salary. The Columbus FJE
Project is part of the Columbus Jewish Federation's
Commission on Jewish Education. It funds & supports
Family Jewish Educators (FJEs) in 7 congregations
(Reform, Orthodox and Conservative) and works with the
JCC and other agencies. The director provides consultation,
staff development and programs, works with I0 FJE's,
oversight committee, congregational committees, rabbis and
professionals. The director assists with activities
of the Commission and Federation.
Our community supports 3 JCC sites, JFS, two (K-I2 and K-8)
day schools, llillel, Kollel, Chabad, kosher market, butcher
and restaurants, home for the aged and more. Federation
