Adventurous tourists can leave
downtown Chattanooga and drive
to southeast Tennessee for excellent
outdoor recreation. Rafting, canoe-
ing and kayaking are readily avail-
able on a multitude of rivers of
varying swiftness. Campground
parks are available as is horseback
riding. Or you can take a leisurely
stroll along wooded trails and stop
for a picnic.
Chattanooga and the area around
are definitely worth a visit. There is

Holocaust Film
Screening April 30

A brunch and screening of the
Holocaust movie The Last Days is
being co-sponsored by the Young
Adult Division of the Jewish
Federation of Metropolitan Detroit
and Hillel of Metro Detroit.
The event will be 11 a.m.-2 p.m.
Sunday, April 30, at the West
Bloomfield Jewish Community
Center.
The Last Days presents the testimo-
ny of five Holocaust survivors.
Following the film, survivor Erna
Gorman will share her experiences.
Jeremy Kahn is event chair. Cost
for the brunch and program is $5.
