ing to open a residential facility at our new 6-acre youth vil-
lage campus. We are anticipating dramatic growth opportu-
nities over the next several years, and are currently seeking to
fill positions in the following areas:

Human Resources Director
This position is responsible for managing Recruiting, Policies &
Procedures, Employee Relations, Employee Benefits, Compliance,
Time & Attendance, Payroll Coordination and the HRIS. Requires a
Master's Degree with 3 years of HR experience in a supervisory role,
and a proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Experience in the
non-profit sector, and with ABRA software is desirable. Interested

Social Workers
These positions offer the opportunity to work directly with in-risk,
homeless and runaway youth in our community. We have direct
care and supervisory openings available. Qualified candidates will

related field, and 2 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in
