Bill Davidson and David Hermelin know
a thing or two about partnership. In
business, they've shared some pretty
impressive accomplishments.

Along the way, the two former presidents
of Congregation Shaarey Zedek have also
learned a thing or two about Jewish life.

For one thing, a Jewish community can
be only as strong as its spiritual life.

It's why the Jewish Federation and the
congregations engage in so many
partnership efforts of their own.

It's also why Bill Davidson, David and
Doreen Hermelin hope to strengthen
congregations within all streams of
Judaism through the newly created
Hermelin-Davidson Center for
Congregation Excellence.

As part of the Jewish Federation/United
Jewish Foundation Millennium

Campaign for Detroit's Jewish Future,

their significant endowment gift will
help provide a range of programs, from
preschool education and outreach to
teacher training and innovative
curriculum development.

.

Will all these initiatives and more lead
to a renaissance in Jewish congregational
and communal life?

Just ask the partners, and they'll tell you:
Every investment is an opportunity.
Let's do it.
