Bloomfield, a
sophomore walk-
on to the
University of
Michigan
women's gymnas-
tics team, helped
the team win the
Jodie Rosenberg
Big 10 champi-
onship March 18 at Penn State.
Rosenberg is a regular competitor
for U-M in floor exercise, and scored
9.85 in the Big 10 meet. The team is
ranked No. 1 in the nation and will
compete in the NCAA regional meet
this weekend at Penn State.
Rosenberg, a veteran of the JCC
Maccabi Youth Games, plans to try
out later this year for the Maccabiah
Games in Israel in 2001.
