Special to the Jewish News

o

n Sunday more than a billion

movie fans worldwide will
tune in to see which stars will
snag a coveted Oscar at the
72nd Annual Academy Awards. But
that's not all that television viewers will
be tuning in to see. The glamorous garb
worn by the stars holds almost as much
fascination as who will walk away with
the golden statuettes.
"People look for-
ward to seeing what
the presenters and
winners will be wear-
ing," says stylist Patti
Fox, author of the
just-published Star

nated," Fox says. "They want to cover
their bases and make an association."
Fox shared more of her observations
about Academy Award glamour in a
conversation with the Jewish News.

JN: What's the buzz this year? Who
will be wearing what?
PF: I have a few leads, but I am not
allowed to tell. There is no bigger secret
in Hollywood than what the stars will
be wearing on Academy Award night.
Usually the stars have a couple of dress-
es, and if what they
will be wearing leaks
out, they will switch
