Weinstein-Gelzayd
Allison Katherine Gelzayd and Michael
Scott Weinstein were married recently
at Tam O'Shanter Country Club in
West Bloomfield. Rabbis M. Robert
Syme and Harold Loss, along with
Cantor Harold Orbach, officiated.
Allison is the daughter of Dr. Eugene
and Reinart Gelzayd of Bloomfield
Hills. Michael is the son of Sydney and
Judith Weinstein of West Bloomfield.
Dena Tarson and Julie Gelzayd, sis-
ters of the bride, were matrons of
honor. Bridesmaids included Linda
Miner and Karen Simon, sisters of the
groom; and Risa Blau, Melissa
Goldberg, Sylvia Klein, Lisa Menuck
and Victoria Roth, friends of the bride.
The flower girl was Lindsay Tarson,
niece of the bride.
The best man was Jeffrey Kaftan.
Groomsmen included Steven Miner
and Kenneth Simon, brothers of the
groom; Bradford Gelzayd and Keith
Tarson, brothers of the bride; and Benji
Auslander, Craig Menuck and Mark
Menuck, friends of the groom. Junior
ushers were Justin Gelzayd and Evan
Gelzayd, nephews of the bride.
The couple felt honored to have
their grandparents Arthur and Dorraine
Zief of San Francisco and Rose Plotnik
of West Bloomfield participate in the
ceremony.
Following their honeymoon in
Hawaii, the newlyweds reside in
Birmingham.

Nicole Elyse Miller and Robert Jon
Muchnick were married recently at
Temple Israel. Rabbis M. Robert Syme,
Harold Loss, Paul Yedwab and Joshua
Bennett as well as Cantor Harold
Orbach officiated.
Nicole is the daughter of Carole and
Dr. Larry Miller of Bloomfield Hills.
Robert is the son of Roberta and Ron
Muchnick of New York City and
Margate, N.J.
Joanna Miller, sister of the bride, was
maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Lori
Muchnick, sister of the groom; Stefani
Wiener, cousin of the bride; and close
friends Jodi Shapiro, Lauren Shapiro,
Jennifer Lupiloff, Stephanie Sladkus and
Nanne Greenberg.
The best man was Scott Hirsch,
longtime friend of the groom.
Groomsmen were Jared Miller, brother
of the bride; Judd Adelman, future
brother-in-law of the groom; and close
friends Matthew Miller, Aaron Hand,
Jeff Carlitz, Milo Silberstein, Rob
Herskovitz and Todd Weiser.
Nicole and Bobby were thrilled to
have the bride's grandparents Gertrude
Cohen and Peggy and Harry Miller,
and the groom's grandmothers Tonnie
Feldstein and Claire Muchnick partici-
pate in the ceremony.
Following a honeymoon in Italy, the
couple returned to New York City,
where they reside.
