I usually do not take the time to
write a letter complimenting one of
your columnists; however, I feel I
need to let you know how much I
enjoy Annabel Cohen's cooking
columns (see today's column, page
106).
I began to follow Annabel when
she as a judge for a kugel contest and I
still use that recipe today for a
Passover kugel. I watch her every Sun-
day morning on Fox 2 News and I
always read her column in your paper;
very often I cut out her recipes. They
are simple, delicious and I have not
been disappointed yet.
As a business owner, I know how
valuable feedback on staff is whether it
is positive or negative. I hope to con-
tinue to enjoy Annabel's columns in
the future and enjoy the wonderful
dishes she shares with her readers.
