Bar/Bat Mitzvah

Aaron Winkler lives in Manhattan

Beach, Calif. His
great-aunt and
uncle. Helen and
Fred Brown have
been members of
Congregation B'nai
Moshe for many
years. His mother
and father, Lisa
Dutra and Michael
Winkler, thought it
would be wonderful to bring Aaron
to Detroit so that all of his family
could enjoy this simcha Saturday,
Feb. 19.-
Aaron goes to Manhattan Beach
Middle School and was on the honor
roll. He has attended Congregation
Tifer Jacob Hebrew School in
Manhattan Beach since he was 5.
Aaron's favorite area of Hebrew stud-
ies has been the discussion of Torah
with his teacher and fellow students.
Aaron will go to Israel, Egypt and
Greece with his sister Jacqueline,
mother and stepfather in June.
Aaron enjoys soccer, swimming
and school dances. He enjoyed his
first stage performance as a character
in Shakespeare's Comedy of Errors.
His favorite topic in school is sci-
ence.
